A highly demanding physical sport. Combining distance and speed running, with agility, jumping, overhead catching and contact. Athletic preparation and recovery are critical. All disciplines of athletic qualities need to be considered: Strength, Stability, Flexibility Mobility. Demands also will be position specific.
